Interlocking concrete pavers with polymeric sand joints. 6-inch compacted shell or lime rock base over geotextile fabric. This base spec exceeds ICPI standards and prevents settling in sandy Florida soil.

Framing & Structure

Pressure-treated SYP rated for ground contact, marine-grade aluminum, or western red cedar. All fasteners are stainless steel or hot-dipped galvanized — no standard zinc plating that fails in salt air.

Stone & Countertops

Sealed natural stone, quartz composite, or concrete with UV-stable sealant reapplied annually. We avoid marble and limestone for countertops — both etch and stain in Florida's acidic rain and humidity.
